The Transamerica Comandatuba is a beautiful resort located on an island filled with activities and great amenities. The staff is attentive and service is top-notch, making for an enjoyable stay. However, reaching the hotel can be an adventure due to the multi-step travel process, and the beach, while nice, doesn’t quite match up to tropical expectations. Overall, it's a fantastic place for a relaxing getaway if you're willing to invest in your vacation.

I had a nice trip overall, but be prepared for some delays with the flights. The hotel itself has some excellent food options and a nice beach, plus the rooms are spacious. However, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, and I constantly felt sand under my feet. It’s a great place for families with kids due to the activities available.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, and the beachfront location was breathtaking. Although the facilities were nice, the pool area could use some improvement, and the kids' club scheduling was a bit inconvenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and made some unforgettable memories, especially with the boat ride at sunset.
